Along the way, you'll stroll through historic streets and visit iconic landmarks, including the famous Plaza Mayor. Stop at five authentic eateries to sample some of Madrid's favourite flavours. Enjoy award-winning Spanish tortilla with caramelised onions and goat cheese, Manchego cheese, fuet, a Basque-style gilda, a squid ink calamari sandwich with aioli, garlic mushrooms with chorizo, and freshly made churros with hot chocolate. Pair your tastings with a local beer, a vermouth cocktail spritzed with gin, and a refreshing tinto de verano.
