Sabre the Moment: Cava Sabrage Class in Barcelona

Overview

Have you always wanted to try the champagne/samurai sword party trick? Learn how to do it, Barcelona-style, with a machete and a bottle of fine cava! Here's what we'll do: -A Brief History of Champagne Sabrage (Modern day Cava Sabering!) -Technique on cava sabering, safety controls etc. -Live demonstration with a glass or two of cava for each participant -Each participant is shown what to do and each sabers a bottle of cava -After-sabering speakeasy where we drink what we didn't spill, with nibbles. *NOTE: This class is scheduled on alternating days with my other experience; Class in a Glass.
