This building stands out for its monumentality, being the tallest Cathedral in Spain and the largest in Gothic style that exists in the world. The cathedral was built with stones from quarries in Cádiz, and the cracks that have occurred can be seen on them due to their expansion due to changes in temperatures. Inside there is an image of the Virgin of Antigua, to whom Columbus prayed during his search for new horizons. This monument contains paintings by painters such as Goya, Murillo or Zurbarán, making it a must-see place for painting lovers.
