It is an interactive tasting in which customers ask questions and talk about the cheese tasted. They will learn about types of milk, rennet, maturation and flavors. The culture of cheese in the Canary Islands is very strong and deep-rooted. Learn from their farmers and their product. We select the best cheeses from all the islands on the same plate.
