I promise you a fantastic day tasting an exciting range of wines from the “Old World”. We visit 3 unique wineries; eclectic mix of small charming bodegas with minimal intervention & impressive family Pago Estates. Guiding is with a professional WSET/Somm. who now also makes his own wines. This is a revealing behind the scenes experience, quite unlike a typical tour; learning from a wine making perspective- different soils to techniques in the winery.
