Wine and gastronomic experience in the Old City of A Coruña

Overview

The experience includes the tasting of three Galician wines from different designations of origin, selected to show the diversity and personality of the Galician vineyard. Each wine is presented with a clear and close explanation about its origin, elaboration and sensory profile. Pairing highlights some of the most emblematic flavors of the region: • Table of Galician cheeses, with explanation of the origin and distinctive characteristics of each variety. • Empanada Galicia, icon of popular cuisine, presented as a fundamental part of the local gastronomic culture. • Octopus, undisputed protagonist of Galician cuisine, served as a highlight of the tasting.
