Catalan Paella Feast Master Cooking Workshop

Overview

This is a hands on cooking workshop where you will have my undivided attention. We have a lot of fun and work as a team to create 6 unique Catalan dishes. 2 starters, 2 main courses ad 2 desserts. With my help you will discover the unique flavors of Catalan cooking while learning about traditional ways of life in Catalunya. As part of this class we will visit the world famous La Boqueria covered market where we will choose our ingredients. Printed recipes are provided so you can recreate these dishes at home.
