Overview
Activity led by a technical sports guide with extensive experience in climbing and mountain training. Safety is paramount: harness adjustment - tying in - rope position - use of quickdraws - clipping - setting up and taking down the anchor - use of the belay device - all of these elements make up the safety chain. We look for the simplest, most fluid, and most natural ways for participants to assimilate all these concepts in a relaxed, safe, and engaging environment that makes us feel a little more like climbers every day. We understand rock climbing as something you can take with you outside of climbing. An experience demanding concentration, control, and confidence that will give you vitality and energy. It's something that recharges us.
