We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to ground and awaken your senses. As we wander through the atmospheric lanes of the city, I’ll guide you in simple practices to tune into sound, sight, smell, touch, and taste—rediscovering each one as if for the first time. Instead of rushing from landmark to landmark, we’ll slow down and learn to truly see and feel. You’ll start to notice the beauty in small details, the wonder in everyday moments, and the quiet magic of being fully present.
